Delivery
SAL PARADISE strives to process and deliver your order as efficiently and quickly as possible. Deliveries are subject to product availability. Orders are shipped to the delivery address you provide. Ownership of the ordered products transfers to you once SAL PARADISE has received full payment.
If your delivery address is outside the European Union, additional charges such as import taxes may apply. SAL PARADISE has no control over these levies and cannot provide specific information about them. You are responsible for verifying whether the ordered items can be exported and imported to your country and understanding any associated costs before placing your order.

Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving all products, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must send us the completed return form. If you decide to cancel the agreement for a specific product, you must return the product as soon as possible, and no later than fourteen days after receiving your order.
The direct costs of returning the product to SAL PARADISE are your responsibility. You will not receive a refund for the initial shipping costs.
Upon cancellation, SAL PARADISE will refund the amount paid for the product provided that SAL PARADISE has received the returned product and deemed it fit for return. Returns will not be accepted if the item is washed, damaged, incomplete, or if the hygiene liner or any tags have been removed. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and the hygiene liner intact and with no signs of extensive use.

Care Instructions
- Each garment is handcrafted with care and labelled accordingly on our website.
- If the care instructions are not followed, we will not accept returns and issue replacements.
- If the care instructions provided with the garment are not followed, any resulting damage to the garment will be considered the responsibility of the customer.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
